Welcome to this space. I’m glad you’re here! I serve as a staff missionary with Communitas International. We're a global church planting group that starts and shapes communities of faith that love like Jesus in their neighborhoods. Our projects span three continents from California to Costa Rica, Brazil to Amsterdam, and from Paris to Moscow. As a member of the Global and North American Advancement teams, my role is to provide leadership and training resources to our international movement. My passion is to empower pioneers for kingdom advancement through coaching, training and soul care. 

I am a co-author of Dynamic Adventure: A Guide to Starting and Shaping Missional Churches, a guidebook that helps ordinary people start communities of faith in their neighborhoods. I lead the global Dynamic Adventure project for Communitas, collaborating with leaders in numerous countries to develop resources in their heart languages. I am privileged to travel far and wide, delivering Dynamic Adventure training, and I’m always thrilled to see this great resource empowering the missional church planting movement around the world.
